MDG Architects provided planning and architectural expertise for the development of a new JLR Dealership Liverpool project, bringing Jaguar and Land Rover sales and aftersales facilities together on one purpose-designed site. The proposed development includes a prominent showroom facing Coppice Lane, a dedicated workshop and aftersales facility, customer and visitor parking, approved used-car display areas, and a secure vehicle compound for staff, service, courtesy, demonstrator, and customer vehicles. The project was developed to support the expansion of the established Hatfields Jaguar and Land Rover dealerships while creating a more efficient and modern customer experience outside Liverpool city centre. The design also considered sustainability, with provision for renewable energy generation through roof-mounted photovoltaic panels in line with Building Regulations requirements. By combining retail, servicing, vehicle display, parking, and operational facilities within one integrated development, the JLR dealership in Liverpool provides a comprehensive solution designed around the needs of both the business and its customers.
